RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

The return is made within one day (24 hours) only.

Replacement is made within 3 days from the date of the invoice, except for the inflated balloon


The exhibition is not responsible at all for the balloon, accessories and all products after they are delivered to the customer or delivered to his representative or after they are delivered by the store or by one of the shipping companies to the agreed upon location.


The refund method is the same as the payment method


The filled balloon cannot be returned or exchanged in any way.

Helium cylinders are not replaced in any case after receiving them from the showroom, and the customer must ensure the quality of the cylinder upon receipt from the delivery employee.

- The customer bears all responsibility for any balloon he purchases from another supplier and packs it with us, and the customer bears the cost of packing.

- The exhibition will not bear any responsibility after filling the balloon, receiving it from the customer, and leaving the exhibition.

- The customer is responsible for choosing the balloon, and we will not be responsible for any change in the shape of the balloon chosen by the customer after filling.


Product returns:

- Products are returned within 24 hours only

Helium cylinders are not returned in any case after receiving them from the showroom, and the customer must ensure the quality of the cylinder upon receiving it from the delivery employee.



Replacement products:

- It will be replaced within 3 days of receipt if it is in its original condition, unopened, and not exposed to any damage factors. This is determined through the showroom, and this is done with the original invoice, and the customer bears the responsibility of delivering the product to the branch.


When canceling the event or order on the day of receipt or after executing the order, the order will not be canceled or postponed permanently, and you can cancel 24 hours before the date of receipt. Otherwise, the customer has no right to exchange, cancel, postpone, or refund the value of the order, as the order will have been implemented.

When a special design is made for a client and the design does not suit the client or the event is canceled or the client’s opinion changes, an amount of 100 riyals is deducted from the deposit.

In the event that the product is proven to have a manufacturing defect, damage, or non-conformity with specifications, the value of the damaged product will be returned to the customer by communicating with customer service via WhatsApp or our accounts on social media sites, attaching pictures and returning the damaged product by the customer to the showroom and it will be inspected by us so that the problem is solved. .


The consumer is not entitled to recover the value of the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him, this excludes products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
